台灣左投陳偉殷今天率領金鶯隊在主場迎戰全聯盟戰績墊底的費城費城人隊，陳偉殷投出本季最精彩的一場比賽，主投8局飆9K無失分，終場金鶯4:0完封費城人隊，陳偉殷拿下本季第三勝，也是二連勝。
陳偉殷前三局和五、六兩局都讓對手三上三下，第四局雖然被敲出一壘安打，在金鶯內野手策動雙殺下、形成另類三上三下；第七局殷仔再被敲二壘安打，連續用3個三振化解危機。第八局陳偉殷被敲兩支安打外加暴投但力保無失分。
金鶯則在五局下半靠著（哈迪）的安打先馳得點，六局下半（威特斯）大棒一揮，轟出右外野三分砲，而費城人九局一路掛零，終場金鶯以4:0擊敗費城人，陳偉殷也順利拿下本季第三勝。
總計陳偉殷主投8局用了106球、其中有75個好球，被敲4支安打送出9次三振1次保送無失分，防禦率下降到2.89。
